Having a German background sausage is a very important part of our business. Our sausages are made with 80% lean meat. Most German sausages are 2/3 pork and 1/3 beef.
Note – ALL raw sausages are 4 ounces with 5 links to a package approximately 1.25 pounds a package. On all the sausages we mix are our own spices. Every sausage has its own flavor.
